Herve or Gorgonzola, Sirop de Liège and rocket sandwiches

Serves 4

- 2 yeast baguettes
- 1 Herve cheese /slice of Gorgonzola
- 1 small bunch of rocket leaves
- Salted butter
- 4 tablespoons Sirop de Liège
- Freshly ground pepper


  1. Slice up baguettes into 2 and 2.
  2. Butter baguettes.
  3. Cut cheese into thin slices.
  4. Clean and dry rocket.
  5. Put a little bit of rocket and cheese on each quarter of a baguette and sprinkle with Sirop de Liège.
  6. Season with freshly ground pepper.
