In the 1970's we developed a range of concentrates of dried fruits, as well as dried and/or roasted roots extracts. Niche products, applications are as various as: juices, fermentation, flavouring, phytotherapy, cereal bars, yoghurt, ice creams, sauces, and even tobacco.
Available concentrates
Dried fruit (70/72° Brix): apricot, date, fig, prune, raisin
Roots (70/72° Brix): roasted chicory, licorice
Others upon request (minimum 20 tons)
