Lacquered pork ribs PDF Print E-mail


LES-RIBS-DE-PORC-LAQUESIngredients: For 4 persons - 2.4 kg racks of pork spareribs - 4 tablespoons of oil - Salt and pepper - allspice and coriander seeds - 1/2 litre of brown beer - 4 tablespoons of Sirop de Liège - thyme and bay - several leaves of fresh coriander.

Season the racks of pork spareribs with salt, pepper, allspice, coriander seeds, put in the oven at 150°C with the oil, the thyme and the bay.

After 15´, remove the meat and allow to cool, cut to get individual ribs, put them back in the plate with the beer and the Sirop de Liège.

Put in the oven at 180°C and caramelise for 20´, turning the ribs regularly.

Serve very hot accompanied by vegetables and baked potatoes.
