Salad with melted goat cheese PDF Print E-mail


LA-SALADE-DE-CHEVREIngredients: For 4 persons - 8 slices of fresh goat cheese - 400 g of lettuce - 1/2 chopped shallot - 2 teaspoons of Sirop de Liège - 1 tablespoon of vinegar - 5 tablespoons of oil - salt and pepper.

Pre-heat the grill of the oven.

Place the cheeses seasoned with salt and pepper on a sheet.

Mix the Sirop de Liège with the vinegar, add salt and pepper and finish with the oil.

Put the cheese in the oven, place the lettuce in a large bowl with the shallot, add the oil and vinegar dressing and toss.

Distribute the lettuce on 4 plates, place the cheeses and serve immediately.
