LE-BEIGNET-DE-BOUQUETIngredients: For 4 persons - 300 g of batter - 2 Bouquet des Moines cheeses - 400 g of a mixture of red fruits in season - 40 g of salted butter - 1 dl of fresh cream - salt and pepper - balsamic vinegar - 1 teaspoon of Sirop de Liège.

Cut each cheese into 4 round slices, heat the deep fryer to 180°C, fry the fruits in the butter to get them slightly hot.

Mix the Sirop de Liège with the cream, add salt and pepper and several drops of balsamic vinegar.

Dip the round slices of cheese one by one in the batter and then plunge them into the very hot deep fryer, place them on an absorbent kitchen paper.

Arrange the lukewarm red fruits on a plate, place the fritters on top and garnish with a few drops of cream with Sirop de Liège
